Four Valleys
Seongbul valley, a Vacation Destination for Small Families
- Location Joryeong-ri, Bonggang-myeon, Gwangyang
- Length approximately 2km
- Details Primeval forests and pristine water provide gorgeous landscape to visitors. As one of the smallest valleys on Baegunsan Mountain, it is an ideal vacation site for small families.
Donggok Valley, the Largest and Longest Valley on Baegunsan Mountain
- Location Donggok-ri, Oknyong-myeon, Gwangyang
- Length approximately 10km
- Details It is a popular vacation site for visitors thanks to easy transportation access and its large space. Near the valley are many private lodgings or pensions, which provide exceptional hospitality to visitors.
Eochi Valley, a Cool Place with Dews Formed Even in the Afternoon
- Location Eochi-ri, Jinsang-myeon, Gwangyang
- Length approximately 7km
- Details The valley, surrounded by lush primeval forests and pristine water, is dotted with small and large rocks. Orodae, in particular, is known for being a cool place with dew forming even in the afternoon. Gusi Falls has the legend of Cheonma (Horse of Deities).
Geumcheon Valley of Oknyeobong Peak Where Nymphs Weaved
- Location Geumcheon-ri, Daap-myeon, Gwangyang
- Length approximately 3km
- Details The valley originates from Oknyeobong Peak where nymphs weaved. Preserving nature at its best, it is beautifully mingled with the outstanding landscape of the Seomjingang River.
